ERP Manager

Purpose of the job:

The ERP Manager reports to the Director of Information Technology and has primary responsibility for managing ERP implementation and improvements throughout the organization for the ERP system of IQMS. The position is also responsible for leading and analyzing key process improvements and working with partners in respective business units to identify and roll out such improvements within the scope of the ERP systems.


Key accountabilities:

  • Responsible for implementation of ERP systems and its modules within the organization
  • Partner with various business stakeholders to roll out new processes, functionality, and ongoing process improvements to the systems. Collaborate with key employees to identify and implement functionality that provides operational improvements
  • Plan and manage the execution of implementation projects, including day to day project management, issues, and risk management. Regular status reporting to Director of IT
  • Lead with various organization employees to fully train on processes and procedures of ERP
  • Responsible for development and update of ERP technical instructions and user documentation
  • Act as a global point of escalation for any issues related to the ERP systems and requests across the enterprise, researching and resolving day to day issues related to the system or processes
  • Partner with ERP system vendor to resolve issues related to the use or functionality of the ERP system


Knowledge, skills and experience: Minimum qualification required:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of related experience and training
  • IQMS Experience required


Knowledge/experience required beyond minimum qualification:

  • Crystal Reports preferable
